When to place order?

It is recommended to give at least 2-3 weeks' notice when placing a petit sweets/ cake order. Wedding cake requires three months advanced notice. Please note that we do book up quite quickly, to ensure you get your cake. It is recommended to place an order as soon as you have set the event date to avoid disappointment.

For rush orders please contact us directly, exceptions can be made depending on the time availability at the time of placing order. Please keep in mind that not all rush order can be accommodated.

Do you offer tasting?

We do not offer sit down tasting and consultation session. We have a tasting package which consist of different cake and filling flavour combinations for you to choose, picked up and try at your leisure. Tasting package starts from $60.00, contain five cup cakes and five filling flavours.

Delivery

Delivery is available. Fee is calculated base on the distance travelled to destination; for the first 8km is $20 and every $1 per one km add on. Pick up are available upon requested date and time.

 

When place cake order with us please let us know what is the time frame for delivering the cake. We will try our best to make the arrangement to fit with the schedule you have provided. However, in some cases delivery time may be booked up for other delivery. Which you will have to arrange a different time for pick up or we can deliver to you one day before the event day.

We do put our heart and time in all our custom tailored order for each customer, all cakes/petit sweets are final sale.

Self Pick ups

When you place your cake order. We will set up a date and time for pick up at your own convince time.

 

When you have arrive to the address provided, please contact by phone or message. Once your call or message has been received, please wait a few minutes by the door and I will bring the cake out to you.

HOW TO TRANSPORT CAKE FOR SELF PICK UP

After picking up your cake, please have a family member or a friend to hold the cake during the transportation. If picking up the cake by your self, place the cake on the floor mat of passenger seat. Drive slowly and make sure to be gentle on the breaks.

Placing the cake on the trunk of the car will usually end up damaging the cake due to the movement and breaking of the car.

 

NOTE*** Please never leave the cake on a hot day or doing other errands with the cake on the car. Also please maintain the interior temperature no higher than 21 Celsius and no longer than 1 hour of non refrigerated. We are not responsible to any damages once the cake has left our possession.
