ABOUT

Amy Lee, Cake Artist

As an artistic cake professional, I’m always looking for the next opportunity to translate what I experience into art. Since 2007, I’ve led a life fully devoted to the Pastry Arts. It’s no lie to say I live, breathe and dream of tasty art.

Hello, I am Amy the cake designer behind the scene.  My Journey as a baker started during my last year at high school, I started learning to bake and decorate. It was my first competition made me choose the path for the rest of my life.

The first book I got was “How to Make Sugar Flowers” from Micheals; my first attempt of the sugar flower wasn’t the perfect ones that people would see on the social media these days. Though, this doesn’t stop me from making the sugar flowers. I just love to spend time continuously learning and improving.

I admire many cake designers as their works inspire me. It’s my goal and dream to create memorable cakes and at the same time it can be an inspiration for others.

My journey in sugar art world will continue and my mission is to put sparks in every cake I touch.

If my style speaks to you, I’d love to work with you in the future. Please be in touch to find out more and to discuss how we can collaborate on whatever you have in mind.
